Cancellations and refunds

Pledging

When you pledge, you save your card through Stripe, our payment processor. You’re not charged until a camera is up and we’ve checked it shows what you asked for.

Your pledge lasts up to a year from the day you made it. If no camera is up by then, it ends and you’re never charged.

Charges

We email you before the first charge. After that, you’re charged the amount you pledged every month. Charges come from Grassland Inc., the company that makes Datumfeed.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Email info@datumfeed.com and we’ll stop all future charges.

Refunds

There are no refunds for a month you’ve already been charged, as long as the camera gave you what was promised. If the camera goes down, we refund the share of the month it was down.

Your data

We keep your email and your pledge so we can run the pledge, and for nothing else. Stripe holds your card details, and we never see them. The site counts anonymous usage, like which pages get visited, so we can tell what’s working. To have your data deleted, email info@datumfeed.com.
